| Catholic Home Schooling | One of the main challenges for Catholic home schooling parents is teaching and preparing their children for the seven sacraments of the Church which are the following:
- Baptism,
- Reconciliation (Confession),
- Holy Eucharist (Communion),
- Confirmation,
- Matrimony,
- Holy Orders,
- Extreme Unction.
Essentially, the home schooling parents will be preparing their children for the sacraments of Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation, as these are the sacraments initiated before adulthood. The initiation of children into the sacramental life is for the most part the responsibility and concern of Catholic parents.
