Home Schooling Laws in The United Kingdom of Great Britain.
 United Kingdom has a long history of home schooling, from the teaching of royal children to the Charlotte Mason home education movement in the beginning of nineteen-hundreds to the increasing movement today.
The UK is close to legal paradise for home schoolers. The 1944 Education Act, which was merged in 1996 states that well-organized full-time education, appropriate to the age of a child, skill and ability and to some special education needs, he or she may have, either by usual attendance at school or otherwise.
Parents decided home schooling do not need to inform authorities unless they take the child out of a government school. The government does not require special obligations from parents, though it is possible that an inspector or advisor can control the process of child’s learning.
It is may be done at parents will as these people have very little real power to order parents to do anything. They are just representatives of government. They also have no right to enter the house unless parents allow it.
According to the estimation, there are between 20,000 and 150,000 kids are schooling at home in the United Kingdom.
